RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Full price, unopened purchases are eligible for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. A receipt must be present to receive a full refund. In the event of an exchange or refund,  where a receipt is not present, no refund or exchange will be issued.

FINAL SALE is applied to any merchandise that has been opened and/or used.These specifications apply in-store and online.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

For exchanges or returns within Calgary, you will have the option to come to the store to do your returns. Please email hello@sphereoptometry.ca to notify the team of your intentions.

  1. If you do not live in Calgary or cannot make it into the store, returns can be mailed back to us. Please include a note indicating your order number and requests, to:

Once the item you wish to return has been received and inspected, we'll immediately process your request.

If you are returning your item, we will send the refund back to your original method of payment i.e. debit, credit, store credit, gift card, etc. (less the cost of shipping the item to you). We'll email you to let you know the refund has been processed on our end; it may take a couple of days to show up on your card depending on how quickly your bank processes it.
